Party punch is becoming a tradition in our family. Three generations now. No good party should be without punch. Easy to make, always social, and as the name suggests, can pack an unsuspecting punch! This recipe is one of our favourites and hope we can pass on the tradition.
Importantly, invest in a large bowl, and ladle, kept specially for punch so that you are ready whenever the occasion arises.
Ingredients (serves ~20 guests)
- 3 bottles rose wine
- 2 cans of ginger beer
- 2 bottles clear apple juice
- Lemon slices (2-3 lemons)
- Apple slices (3-4 apples)
- Ice cubes
Chill the rose wine, apple juice and ginger beer. Mix all together by pouring into a large punch bowl. Add lemon and apple slices and ice cubes to the punch.
